ng 7 piece dance band will be headlining the Gold Country Court stage at Auburn's Black & White Ball. Comprised of the region’s best performers, this group was formed with one sole purpose: to provide the ultimate in dance entertainment for special events.
Lovetrain was born out of this need, and the band continues to set the standard of excellence in showmanship, customer service, and flexibility and consistently exceeds the expectations of their audiences. Bringing a video rear projection screen to the show, you just might find yourself dancing on the onstage screen with LOVETRAIN!
THE CRAWDADDIOS - THE BAYOU STAGE in Farrell Wren Park 9:30pm - 10:30pm
Every night is Mardis Gras when Crawdaddio is in town. This band brings the spirit and rhythm of the bayou to life with their driving zydeco beat. The night begins with cajun-style zydeco music on The Bayou Stage with The Crawdaddios. They have entertained thousands at Disney World's Pleasure Island, bringing their unique brand of fun-loving, dance music to fans young & old. From Creole to Crawdads, be ready to have fun! This energetic band has performed at festivals, clubs, and corporate events all over the country. Crawdaddio has headlined Disney’s Mardis Gras Celebration at Pleasure Island in Orlando, Florida. Bring a little bit of Louisiana to the Ball with Crawdaddio.

The party in the Bayou continues with hot country music. There is no one else like the Doo-Wah Riders. For over 20 years they have been riding their own patch of the musical 
range throughout the west. They possess the rare combination of many years of experience and youthful energy, fired by a love for what they do. The Doo-Wahs are country, with a unique, original sound.They define their sound as "high energy country with a cajun twist". Their tight musicianship and powerful arrangements of classic, contemporary and original songs have made them favorites wherever they go. The Doo-Wah Riders have appeared in concert with:

The Doo Wah Riders have been featured entertainers at The Grammys, The Academy of Country Music Awards, Disneyland, Walt Disney World, The Wildhorse Saloon in Nashville, Pleasure Island, Sea World, Knott's Berry Farm and Magic Mountain. Locally they have headlined the Placer County Fair in Roseville, the Gold Country Fair in Auburn, and the California State Fair in Sacramento. They have performed at fairs, festivals, and casinos throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, New Mexico, Iowa, Illinois, Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Mississippi, Tennessee, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Hawaii, Canada and the Caribbean.

Or in Auburn might be a better way to put it. The Memphis Stage will be jumping all night long with an incredible stage show featuring Ronny & The Classics, Buddy Holly and Elvis! 
The only way to describe Ronny and the Classics are with the following words: A tribute to all Rock and Roll Legends. Flashy unique clothes,choreography, audience involvement, fast paced, high energy entertainment. Big band, Rock & Roll, Disco, Blues, Reggae to Soul!
Returning to Auburn's Black & White Ball, you may remember them from 2002's "All American Bandstand". They have performed for 18 straight years at Hot August Nights in Reno - the best of the best at playing all of our favorite oldies!
Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Steve Williams was exposed to Elvis at an early age after listening to his brothers play "All Shook Up" on an old 45 record over and over again. Soon Steve realized he could mimic the King's voice and was the hit of family events with his exciting performances.

After seeing other impersonators , Steve put his own spin on bringing the look, sound and excitement of the King to thousands of people around the globe. Steve has a high energy fast paced show with a twist of comedy. He is a favorite with Corporate booking agents and has appeared on CNN News, Nippon TV in Tokyo, Japan, Honeymoon in Las Vegas and in 1996 was selected by the producers of the largest outdoor show in the world, the Calgary Stampede Grandstand Show in Calgary, Canada to portray Elvis with a cast of 100 . As a headliner in a salute to the King, Steve wowed the audience of 30,000 every night of the 22 day run. The producers and audience loved him.

Mike Branson is an exciting, versatile song stylist and great entertainer! Mike performs a variety of songs including: standards, oldies-but-goodies, country, blues, rhythm & blues, rock & roll and semi-classical. Whether it's Rat Pack, Elvis, Lou Rawls, Neil Diamond, The Drifters, Platters, Coasters or Tom Jones songs you want to hear, Mike Branson delivers!
MIDNIGHT SUN - 7pm - 10pm

With an amazing repertoire of songs encompassing every musical style from old standards, smooth jazz, to the great rock and roll hits of the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s, MIDNIGHT SUN entertains and delights audiences of all ages, covering music from the Everly Brothers to Steely Dan! From smooth jazz to hard driving funk and rock dance tunes, the band draws from an extensive performance list of over 200 songs! These talented musicians play it all while making a special connection with each and every audience. The band's ability to use humor to engage and entertain the crowd sets the stage for a great evening of top notch entertainment! MIDNIGHT SUN packs an incredible resume with years of performing experience in concerts and clubs in Europe, Canada, and South America (as well as across the U.S.)! Midnight Sun features David Swart on Keyboards, Mark Leftridge on Drums, and Marty Reaves on Guitar.
Dr. Bach and the Jazz Practitioners 7:00pm - 9:30pm, High Street Entrance
Dr. Bach and the Jazz Practitioners is an ultra high energy group of talented and experienced musicians who show their enjoyment while playing Dixieland, Swing, Dance, Blues, and Gospel. They perform with eight musicians.
They have a male vocalist in the band as well as a vivacious female vocalist. The band features a Tuba - Banjo sound for Trad tunes and a String Bass – Guitar sound for Swing.
Dr. Bach and the Jazz Practitioners have performed at the Jazz Clubs in Monterey, Sacramento, Redding, Stockton, Modesto, Santa Rosa, Pismo Beach, Three Rivers and Fresno. We also have played at the Nevada County Fair, the Auburn Fair, The Placer County Fair and the California State Fair.
They have played in the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee for the last seven years and have been in the Festivals in Modesto, Graeagle, and San Jose. They play Dixieland Church Services for several churches from Auburn to the Bay Area.
They are definitely tuned into playing FOR the audience.
