Your restaurant/catering business is invited to participate in Auburn’s Black & White Ball on Saturday, August 16th, 2008. More than 50 restaurants and caterers will be showcased this year with more than 6,000 people expected to attend. Again, this year, Auburn’s Black & White Ball is being promoted throughout region with our regional promotional partners ~ Raley’s/Belair, WOLF Radio, and local print media.

Restaurants and caterers are asked to provide 600-800 complimentary sample servings (hors d’oeuvres) of their cuisine. Many participating restaurants and caterers each year use the ball to showcase and promote their cuisine, provide recognition for their key employees, introduce their restaurant to more than 6000 attendees, and have a great time doing it outdoors, under the stars.

By participating, your restaurant will be highlighted in the Auburn Journal and in numerous other gold country newspapers during the weeks leading up to the Ball. You will also be promoted on our website as a major participant. A traditional tabletop rabbit (B. Bunny Blackenwhite) can be displayed at your establishment acknowledging to the public your support and involvement in Auburn’s Black & White Ball. This is your opportunity to showcase your business and be involved in a great community event with thousands in attendance.
